Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems, seeks a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division. You will act as the on-site leader for assigned controls projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, field resources, and customers to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will lead project meetings, manage procurement, track costs and margins, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Construction Management or related field with 4+ years of HVAC/projects experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in project management and field operations leadership.
• Hands-on design, installation, startup, commissioning of BAS or digital HVAC control systems.
• Strong understanding of control theory and BAS.
• Experience with project accounting, budgeting, and change orders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC controls projects through design, programming, installation, commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, electricians, designers, and field staff.
• Manage project financials including costs, billings, and margins.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Review scope, directives, and schedule changes; pursue change orders when needed.
