Johnson Controls is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to support the System Application Engineers and ensure project profitability, on-time delivery, and contract alignment. The role includes coaching, training, and coordinating with sales, service, and subcontractors for design and execution in the Tampa, FL region.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in operations management within the Building Construction/HVAC space, a mechanical engineering background, strong communication, and AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; mechanical preferred.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in Building Construction or HVAC.
• Project Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• AutoCad experience.
• Located in the Tampa, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Support System Application Engineers and SAEs on projects.
• Ensure projects are profitable, on-time, and within contract scope.
• Provide training on project management and equipment order execution.
• Support pre-sales activities including system configuration and bidding.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and subcontractors for design and execution.
