Job summary

Dashiell seeks a Project Engineer to drive design and execution of high voltage substation projects. Based in Raleigh, NC, you will coordinate a multidisciplinary team and manage schedules, budgets, and client communications.

You will apply NEC/NESC/IEEE/ANSI standards, develop diagrams, and ensure quality across projects while traveling as needed. A PE license and 6+ years in HV substation engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a power focus.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• 6+ years of direct experience in high voltage substation engineering (138kV+).
• Experience in project scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets for multiple HV substation projects.
• Coordinate design team and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare and review engineering documents and drawings.
• Interface with clients and vendors to ensure project success.
