Job summary

PACK Power, LLC in Ohio seeks a hands-on supervisor to coordinate and execute construction activities for high voltage substations and related systems. You will ensure work is performed safely, with quality and productivity, by interpreting plans, directing crews, and enforcing safety policies on every shift.

This role leads 1–3 apprentices, travels to different jobsites on short notice, and collaborates with the jobsite superintendent to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction.
• HV substations experience preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and lead the team.
• Lead 1–3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction activities.
• Ensure work progresses on schedule and interprets specifications/blueprints.
• Assign duties and monitor materials, equipment, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with senior personnel to align project activities.
• Complete required documentation and travel to different jobsites as needed.
