Job summary

IREN is seeking a Construction High Voltage (HV) Supervisor in Sweetwater, TX to lead HV crews for critical data center infrastructure. You will act as the site authority for HV systems, coordinating technicians and contractors to ensure safe, reliable power delivery and 24/7 operations.

You will partner with Operations and Engineering to manage outages, perform complex switching, and support system expansions. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High-voltage switching expertise and substation safety practices.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license or equivalent Lineman license.
• NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HV construction activities for safe, compliant execution.
• Lead HV switching, isolation, grounding, and restoration per NFPA 70E/OSHA.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, energization of HV equipment and control systems.
