Zeva Incorporated is seeking a seasoned IT Specialist to support a government client across 60+ sites. You will lead IT operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee training for Junior IT Specialists while aligning with IT governance and program updates.

Must have 4–7 years of IT support, strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and familiarity with USAccess/ICAM systems. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years IT support experience focusing on end-user software support, database management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with SharePoint and GSA scheduling tools preferred.
• Prior HSPD-12, PIV, USAccess, or ICAM experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal IT Specialist supporting a government client for the HSPD-12 program across 60+ locations.
• Provide technical leadership for system operations and logistics.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure IT governance and program updates.
• Guide Junior IT Specialists and coordinate with Project Manager and corporate services.
• Operate USAccess system for site configuration and activations.
