Zeva Incorporated is seeking a seasoned IT Specialist to support a government client across 60+ sites. You will lead IT operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee training for Junior IT Specialists while aligning with IT governance and program updates.

Must have 4–7 years of IT support, strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and familiarity with USAccess/ICAM systems. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

Serves as the principal IT Specialist supporting a government client for the HSPD-12 program across 60+ physical locations throughout the United States. Provides technical leadership for system operations and logistics, coordinates with government stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT governance, software configuration, and program updates at each location, and serves as the senior technical resource guiding the program's Junior IT Specialists. The IT Specialist works with the Project Manager and corporate shared services to promote communication across the team and company and to ensure IT best practices are implemented, and coordinates with corporate resources to ensure quality standards are met.

Job duties include:
  • Serves as the primary POC for the technical knowledge required for effective system operations and logistics.
  • Provides technical leadership, guidance, and training to Junior IT Specialists and other team members on system operation and administrative procedures.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations and reports as required.
  • Supports HSPD-12 enrollments and activations of SmartID cards; troubleshoots related hardware and software issues.
  • Ships equipment to the field as needed and maintains pre-deployed systems.
  • Operates the USAccess system for schedule and site configuration changes and performs USAccess system activations.
  • Serves as the USAccess Site Manager – Primary.
  • Conducts inventory calls.
  • Serves as ICAM SharePoint Administrator, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the contract.
Qualifications:
  • 4–7 years of IT support experience focusing on end-user software support, database management, software deployment, and software and hardware troubleshooting required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with SharePoint and GSA scheduling tools - preferred.
  • Prior HSPD-12 / PIV, USAccess, or ICAM experience – strongly preferred.
  • Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of clients and team members.
  • Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and to guide the work of junior staff.
  • Displays strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
  • The role primarily involves sedentary work.
  • There may be occasional instances of stair climbing.
  • Periodic standing and/or walking for extended durations may be required.
  • Occasional activities such as reaching, squatting, bending, pulling, grasping, holding, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers is expected.
  • Effective communication through frequent periods of talking and listening is essential.
Education
  • High School diploma or GED certification.
Clearance Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active Public Trust / MBI clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Salary Description: $45,000-$65,000 depending on experience, and applicable wage determination.
