Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR technology, workforce analytics, or related areas.
• Proven ability to design and deliver decision-ready workforce insights for leadership.
• Experience working across HR systems, data structures, and reporting environments.
• Experience contributing to analytics practices, data governance frameworks, or reporting architecture.
• Proven experience influencing without authority and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams to align system architecture, data structures, and governance for scalable reporting, analytics, and business process design.
• Lead development of dashboards and reports delivering clear workforce insights to HR leaders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and innovation across HR services.
• Lead or support Workday modules, enhancements, integrations, and related system initiatives.
• Mentor analysts and build data literacy and self-service capabilities across the organization.
