Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst to lead Workday configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration. You will own HR data integrity and build analytics to drive business decisions, partnering with HR leaders, technical teams, and vendors.

You will support Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations while creating documentation and training for users across the organization. A strong background in Workday HCM and HR data governance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience supporting HR technology with Workday HCM experience required.
Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday HCM modules.
Support and test bi-annual Workday releases and enhancements.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and vendors.
Ensure data integrity through audits and controls.
Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
Analyze HR data trends to support leadership decisions.
Develop system documentation and training for HR users.
