Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation seeks a Housekeeping Manager for Huntley Lodge and Shoshone Condominium Hotel in Big Sky. You will oversee daily operations, assign daily lists, inspect rooms, and manage workload and payroll using SMS HOST and UKG.

The role requires leadership, schedule creation, staff coaching, and ensuring safety and readiness of guest spaces; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is required; resort-seasonal scheduling will apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to delegate to a team of up to 40.
• Seasonal resort environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel required.
• Previous knowledge of Springer Miller Systems (SMS) and UKG is helpful.
• Strong leadership, math skills, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to lift 30-40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Determine daily work assignments for housekeepers and support personnel.
• Manage onsite operations until all guest rooms are cleaned and logged in SMS.
• Coordinate inspections of rooms/condos and report issues.
• Monitor performance and payroll data in UKG and SMS.
• Recruit, hire, and train housekeepers and support staff.
• Ensure safety and adherence to brand standards and policies.
• Assist with scheduling and handling large workload days.
