Job summary

Glacier International Lodge in Kalispell, MT, is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our lodge's cleaning and guest-room operations. You will supervise a team, coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance, and ensure our high Western Montana hospitality standards during peak tourist seasons.

The role requires scheduling, inspections, inventory control, and strong communication to maintain spotless rooms, the pool area, fitness center, and lobby.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience.
• Able to walk, stand for long shifts, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inspections: Audit guest rooms, suites, and public spaces daily.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Track linen par levels, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Staff Scheduling: Hire, train, and schedule housekeeping staff for high-occupancy seasons.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance for rapid room turnarounds.
