Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation's Huntley Lodge and Shoshone Condominium Hotel are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, assign housekeeping tasks, inspect rooms, and manage labor hours.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in housekeeping, is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and familiar with SMS HOST and UKG; training staff and ensuring safety are key duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Determine daily work assignments for housekeepers and support personnel according to occupancy.
• Coordinate inspections of rooms and condos and report issues.
• Monitor housekeeper performance, progress, and quality of daily assignments.
• Enter piecework and payroll data into UKG and SMS daily by 1p.
• Schedule shifts and vacations, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and training of housekeepers and support staff.
• Know fire safety and evacuation procedures and train staff.
• Assist in deep cleans, inventories, and supplies ordering as needed.
