Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve overall operation.
• Enhance and refine the departmental training program and supervisory structure.
• Assure guest satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.
• Prepare annual budgets, capital planning and forecasts; maintain records and reports.
