Join to apply for the LEAD HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME) role at ESFM USA.

We have an opening for a full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER position.

Location: 7817 Greenbrier Rd., Madison, AL 35756. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time. Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00pm - 4:00am.

Requirements: People management, people skills, and customer service skills preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet standards. Assists to ensure optimum guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensure staff report to work and document attendance issues.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage shift call-offs and replacements.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
• Assign keys, radios, beepers, and maintain security.
• Check equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness standards.
• Assist staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conduct staff training as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
