Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor or Manager, the Lead Attendant supervises workers performing semi-skilled and skilled cleaning duties. Responsibilities include sanitation, safety, equipment management, training new hires, documentation, and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and standard precautions. Demonstrates respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform tasks similar to those of team members.
2. Assign, monitor, and review work to ensure accuracy.
3. Provide instructions for efficient task completion.
4. Lead daily operations of a team.
5. Offer technical guidance on complex issues.
6. Answer questions, organize responsibilities, and provide insights.
