ESFM Lead Housekeeper Position

We have an opening for a full-time Lead Housekeeper at our location: 7817 Greenbrier Rd., Madison, AL 35756. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 pm - 4:00 am.

Requirements: People management, customer service skills, and people skills are preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

The Lead Housekeeper supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff to meet quality standards, ensuring excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, quality service to customers.
• Manage staff attendance, including reporting and documenting absences.
• Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Document call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinate staff breaks and assign tasks using assignment sheets.
• Distribute keys, radios, and beepers; maintain security records.
• Inspect equipment and cleaning areas, instruct staff on deficiencies.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met and assist staff as needed.
• Conduct staff training and promote professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
