Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky is seeking a Maintenance Technician to lead projects from start to finish and ensure a safe, productive work environment. You will perform repairs on hotel systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and minor automotive work, while responding promptly to guest requests.

You will work four 10-hour shifts per week, including some weekends, and maintain logs of essential information.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel or property management maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions for mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead various projects from start to finish and maintain a safe work environment.
• Repair and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems, electrical motors, carpentry, plumbing, and minor automotive repairs.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and log essential information in engineering logs.
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week, including some weekend days, with on-call duties as needed.
