Job summary

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, keep accurate maintenance records, and support with inspections and preventive programs. Strong teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or hotel maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guestroom and public area maintenance requests.
• Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across guestrooms and public areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards and equipment issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist with guestroom inspections and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inspections.
• Follow up to ensure repairs meet standards and guest expectations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and life-safety concerns as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
