Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead a range of building and grounds repairs. You will troubleshoot electrical motors, HVACR systems, refrigeration devices, and related equipment, ensuring safe, timely completion of tasks while maintaining a pristine work environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hotel maintenance, are capable of performing minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and auto repairs, and can work four 10-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Engineer/Maintenance Technician in hospitality or property management.
• Hands-on with electrical motors, HVAC and refrigeration systems; able to troubleshoot/repair.
• Experience with power tools and safety procedures; read and follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hotel systems including HVACR, laundry, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting, and minor automotive repairs.
• Leave work in a safe and clean condition and log essential information in engineering logs.
• Respond to guest requests within fifteen minutes and available for on-call emergencies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel fire, water, sewage, and irrigation systems; follow safety procedures.
