Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hotel maintenance operations to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and supervise maintenance staff.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support guest satisfaction through efficient facility operations.
• Ensure readiness of building systems and infrastructure for brand standards.
