You will manage mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and supervise daily tasks, while focusing on safety, guest satisfaction and cost control. Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance/facility management experience, and/or 2 years hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HRIS and payroll functionality.
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility trades and practices with basic knowledge of hotel equipment; cleaning chemicals and upkeep of surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Maintenance Department activities including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Ensure safety, guest satisfaction, asset protection, and maintaining standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and implement procedural changes; monitor expenses.
