Job summary

Northwest X Southern Hospitality is hiring a Regional Chief Engineer for our Tri-Cities, WA hotels, including the Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and the Springhill Suites. This role leads maintenance operations region-wide to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities, while managing teams and preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has hotel/hospitality experience, strong leadership, and the ability to handle budgets, vendor relationships, and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Oversee vendor relationships and regulatory compliance.
