Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Host Person for Delilah to lead the host team, orchestrate seating, and maintain a high-caliber luxury dining atmosphere. You will be the ambassador for guest arrivals and the primary liaison for VIP guests, celebrities, and special events.

The role requires exceptional leadership, guest engagement, and reservation management skills to deliver an unparalleled dining experience while partnering with Reservations and management to optimize flow and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Host Team in delivering exceptional guest service and upholding Wynn/Delilah standards.
• Develop and execute strategic seating plans that maximize covers while preserving flow and guest experience.
• Coordinate guest seating, reservation management, and table inventory to optimize operations and revenue.
• Anticipate VIPs, celebrities, and special occasions to deliver personalized service experiences.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest arrivals and departures with professional, warm interactions.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to leadership and teams.
• Monitor waitlists and manage expectations regarding wait times and seating availability.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, floor plans, policies, and daily business levels.
• Partner with Reservations and management on VIP reservations and events.
• Ensure all notes and guest profiles are documented in reservation systems.
• Lead daily pre-shift discussions about VIP arrivals and operations.
• Train and coach Host Team on service standards and conflict resolution.
• Monitor host performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain an internal guest recognition program for returning guests.
• Keep menus and workstations clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Collaborate to improve guest satisfaction scores and efficiency.
• Uphold Wynn Las Vegas and Delilah policies and appearance standards.
