Job summary

The Sommelier at Delilah, a Wynn Resorts property in Las Vegas, delivers an exceptional luxury dining experience through expert wine and beverage service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards. You will guide guests through a broad wine, champagne, cocktails, and spirits program, mentor staff, manage wine inventory, and contribute to flawless beverage execution across dining and lounge environments.

Two years of luxury dining experience and Master Sommelier Level 1 certification are preferred

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a luxury, fine-dining restaurant environment.
• Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 Certification is required.
• Advanced beverage knowledge including wine, champagne, spirits, cocktails, digestifs, and wine pairing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional wine and beverage service consistent with Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Maintain wine lists and inventory, and assist with ordering recommendations.
• Educate and train staff on wine knowledge and service techniques.
• Collaborate with service and management to enhance guest experiences.
• Conduct regular wine tastings and beverage classes to improve product knowledge.
