Qualifications

• Two years in a luxury fine-dining setting
• Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of wine regions, vintages, producers, and food pairings
• Ability to obtain local licenses and work cards

Responsibilities

• Deliver Forbes Five-Star level beverage service.
• Provide expert wine, champagne, spirits, cocktails, and beer recommendations.
• Maintain wine lists, inventories, and product knowledge.
• Educate and mentor service staff on wine service and tastings.
• Coordinate with management on beverage programs and events.
• Ensure proper wine presentation, decanting, and service procedures.
• Support inventory management and reduce waste.
• Maintain polished professional Wynn appearance and standards.
