Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional, and engaging first and last impression for every guest.
• Oversee the host stand and support the daily reservation book.
• Coordinate seating with management to maintain an appropriate pace of service.
• Lead the Host Team and provide direction at the start of service.
• Coach hosts on greetings, phone etiquette, reservation procedures, guest recognition, and professional communication.
• Communicate status and guest notes to managers and the service team.
• Ensure the host stand is organized and prepared before service.
