Qualifications

• Lead Host/Hostess with previous Lead Host experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating to balance preferences and server sections.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor the guest experience.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage guest lists.
• Communicate with servers and managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist Guest Relations Manager with specific duties when needed.
