Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a banquet server or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service with guest experience focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and teammates.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated tables.
• Serve meals and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Ensure timely and coordinated food delivery between kitchen and banquet floor.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet room areas; clear tables efficiently.
• Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere and enhance the guest event experience.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, bartenders, and staff to ensure seamless service.
