Qualifications

• Experience delivering attentive, courteous service in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication with guests, kitchen and bar staff.
• Ability to handle busy service calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Attend to guest needs and resolve concerns with courtesy.
• Process cash/credit transactions accurately and balance at end of shift.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
