Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Home Improvement Financing Software Products Product Manager (SPM) to own the vision, requirements, and roadmap for a domain of the bank’s software products in Salt Lake City, UT. The SPM will collaborate with stakeholders, UX and development teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of product manager or product owner experience
• Or Associate's degree and seven (7) years of product manager or product owner experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of product manager or product owner experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand needs in product planning
• Develops domain knowledge including stakeholders, systems, processes, risks
• Defines metrics, identifies product issues and reports on success of strategies
• Evaluates and prioritizes initiatives by value, complexity, risk and dependencies
• Develops product strategies and secures leadership approval
• Designs workflows, epics, stories; drafts copy for UX and product content
• Prioritizes backlogs and breaks initiatives into MVPs for continuous value delivery
• Communicates upcoming initiatives and releases to stakeholders
• Supports junior product managers with tools and knowledge
• Travels 5-10% for customer events and on-site training as needed
