Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of product manager or product owner experience
• Or 7+ years with an Associate’s degree
• Or 9+ years with a High School diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders and customers to understand needs and represent them in product planning
• Develops domain knowledge including stakeholders, systems, processes, risks and opportunities
• Defines domain-based metrics, identifies issues and opportunities, reports on success of product strategies
• Evaluates and prioritizes product initiatives by value, complexity, risk, dependencies
• Develops product strategies and gains leadership approval
• Designs workflows, wireframes, prototypes, epics and stories
• Prioritizes backlogs and breaks initiatives into MVPs and stages for value delivery
• Communicates upcoming initiatives and releases to stakeholders
• Mentors less experienced Product Managers
• Travels 5-10% for customer events and on-site training
