Ohio Living is seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical home health care team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring quality outcomes while managing clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have an active Ohio RN license, a BSN preferred, and at least three years of supervisory experience in home health, with Medicare experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an RN.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Three years experience in clinical operations supervision required.
• One year experience in a home health setting required.
• One year experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and directs quality, consistent patient care.
• Conducts supervised patient visits to assess competency.
• Participates in on-call rotation and is available during operating hours for nursing visits.
• Coordinates oversight of direct and indirect patient care services and evaluates patient needs.
• Develops, implements and updates individualized care plans and evaluates plan effectiveness.
• Oversees implementation of physician and clinical plans of treatment and ensures resource alignment.
• Interprets operational indicators to manage census, staffing, productivity, and costs.
• Audits clinical documentation for compliance and timely billing.
• Reviews diagnosis coding and plan of care orders per Medicare regulations.
• Ensures equipment, systems, and monitoring meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with marketing to manage referrals and ensure timeliness.
• Manages local EMR components and trains staff to use it accurately.
• Evaluates workflow and administrative processes and implements improvements.
• All other duties as assigned.
