Job summary

Ohio Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice care. You will coordinate services, implement care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.

You will chair interdisciplinary group meetings, monitor quality and compliance, and mentor staff across shifts. An OH RN license with hospice experience is required; EMR proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Ohio; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical operations supervision.
• At least 1 year hospice and 1 year Medicare-certified home health experience.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospice clinical team to plan, implement, and audit patient care.
• Oversee IDG meetings every 15 days and ensure care plans meet standards.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation accuracy.
• Manage staffing, budget, and on-call rotations.
