Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Ohio.
• BSN preferred.
• 3 years in clinical operations supervision.
• 1 year in hospice setting.
• 1 year experience in Medicare-certified home health.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• EMR proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospice clinical team and coordinate care plans.
• Oversee IDG meetings and ensure timely care plan updates.
• Audit medical records and ensure Medicare regulatory compliance.
• Manage revenue and staffing implications of clinical operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and alternate administrator duties.
