Job summary

View Homes is seeking a Site Superintendent in the United States, Colorado, Firestone to manage home-building processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and local codes. The role emphasizes continual improvement, teamwork, and timely delivery of finished homes.

You will inspect, coordinate trades, ensure safety, and lead in inspections and customer-oriented processes, while using BuildPro and MS Office to track progress and communicate with teams.

Qualifications

• Vocational certification in this field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on construction experience.
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Inspects each home under construction to ensure work aligns with plan specs and communicates issues.
• Maintains site cleanliness, safety and SWPPP standards.
• Continuously grows construction knowledge, including codes, contracts, blueprints and insurance requirements.
• Pre-construction meetings ensure expectations are set via manuals and checklists.
• Participates in weekly meetings with Sales Representatives and customers.
