Job summary

Larson Design Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee highway design projects and client relationships. You will manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC while coordinating teams and sub-consultants to deliver high-quality work.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 8+ years of experience, with PE licensure preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills are essential, along with proficiency in design software.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years experience.
• Licensure/Certification: PE or other professional licensure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wins and manages larger PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike highway design projects.
• Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation and modification of standard techniques.
• Manages clients/highway projects for local municipalities, PennDOT, and the Turnpike Commission.
• Prepares proposals, budgets, schedules, and identifies potential issues.
• Performs workload forecasting and risk management.
• Ensures compliance with environmental, survey, and permitting requirements.
