Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of eight years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Wins and manages highway design projects for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and local municipalities.
• Plans and executes work with judgement in evaluation, selection and adaptation of design procedures.
• Coordinates proposals, budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Mentors project team members and sub-consultants; manages risk and performance reviews.
