Job summary

Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking a Project Manager to lead highway design projects across PennDOT and related agencies. You will oversee client relationships, budgets, schedules, and team performance in a collaborative, ESOP-driven environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, and PE licensure is strongly preferred. Join a firm committed to growth, mentorship, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Eight years minimum professional experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead project teams and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Wins and manages larger PennDOT and PA Turnpike highway design projects.
• Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation and adaptation of standard techniques.
• Manages clients/highway projects for local municipalities, PennDOT, and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
• Prepares proposals, budgets, schedules, statements of interests, amendments, and identifies potential issues.
• Prepares workload forecasting reports.
• Ensures compliance with environmental, survey, and permitting requirements.
