Job summary

Larson Design Group leads highway design projects in a Senior Project Manager role, guiding multidisciplinary teams for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and municipal clients. You’ll be accountable for successful delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, staff development, and business growth.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and at least 10 years of transport engineering experience, with a proven ability to lead complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant transportation engineering experience with complex projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple large and complex highway design projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Directs multidisciplinary project teams, allocates resources, and resolves challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manages project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing, and profitability.
