Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking a Highway Program Manager to lead a portfolio of transportation projects, supervise project managers, and strengthen key client relationships. This role drives program performance, staffing alignment, and quality delivery for a nationwide client base.

The position requires a PE license, a Civil Engineering background, and 15 years of transportation engineering experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a portfolio of highway projects and project managers, ensuring successful project delivery, financial performance, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Develops and cultivates long-term client relationships, understands client priorities, and positions LDG as a trusted transportation partner.
• Provides oversight and guidance to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, helping resolve significant project, client, contractual, and delivery issues.
• Balances workload and resources across the program, coordinating staffing priorities to meet commitments and support sustainable team performance.
• Leads business development and strategic growth, including client engagement, opportunity development, pursuits, and expansion of transportation services.
