Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3+ years of progressive technician experience.
• Knowledge of highway contracts, plans, standards, and specs.
• Experience with inspection, testing of materials (concrete, asphalt).

Responsibilities

• Lead project roadway/structure inspection under engineers.
• Review and compile test reports to ensure material conformity.
• Perform contract administration tasks (pay records, material receipts, monthly estimates).
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, utility owners, and public stakeholders.
• Train and supervise lower-level technicians and inspectors.
