Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Intermediate Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume call center hiring classes. You will partner with hiring managers, workforce planning, and recruiting leadership to attract, assess, and hire for customer service, sales, and support roles.

This role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience while meeting class start commitments, compliance, and recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related recruiting experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting for call center, customer service, sales, or operations.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting SLAs.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo).
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience interpreting recruiting metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center classes from requisition to onboarding.
• Execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing forecasts and class start requirements.
• Build candidate pipelines via job boards, referrals, networking, and ATS.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and customer service aptitude.
• Provide hiring progress updates and labor market insights to leaders.
• Coordinate interview logistics and a seamless candidate experience.
• Prepare and extend offers according to compensation guidelines.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks to class readiness.
• Maintain candidate records and compliance in ATS.
• Analyze recruiting activity and metrics to drive outcomes.
• Support recruiting events and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Background Investigations, Onboarding, Compensation, and Workforce Management to ensure successful starts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
