Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license (Preferred)
• Experience in heavy-duty diesel repair and diagnosing complex issues
• Prior leadership or shop management experience
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck diagnostics including OEM software

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the satellite shop with two technicians
• Diagnose repair needs and assist technicians with service orders
• Coordinate daily shop schedule and workflow for efficiency
• Monitor productivity to meet benchmarks for labor hours and billing
• Maintain quality control and industry standards
• Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms and industry tools (Cummins, PACCAR, Snap-on, JPRO)
• Manage shop inventory and parts ordering
• Communicate performance updates to company leadership
