Job summary

WorkerBees Staffing seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Site Superintendent to supervise field operations for site development, earthwork, utilities, and paving. You will lead crews and subcontractors, coordinate equipment, maintain production schedules, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to plan ahead, read plans, and enforce OSHA regulations on busy heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Experience reading construction plans and managing production records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work activities of crews and subs.
• Serve as OSHA Competent Person and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain GPS machine-controlled equipment proficiency where applicable.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions on site.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee field operations for site development, earthwork, utilities, and paving.
