Job summary

Jetson is hiring experienced HVAC Installers to replace gas equipment with heat pump systems in Windsor, CO. You will join the frontline of our clean energy transition, delivering high-quality installations and an outstanding customer experience in residential settings.

We seek technicians who communicate clearly, maintain high standards, and thrive in both independent and team environments. Valid HVACR license and EPA 608 cert are required or in progress; local codes and safety rules apply

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install and troubleshoot systems.
• Compliance with local building codes and safety standards is essential.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and charging with care.
• Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a clean slate for the new install.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
• Stay current on local building codes and ensure compliance before completion.
• Deliver a standout customer experience by communicating clearly and addressing concerns.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and warehouse as part of daily routine.
• Collaborate with fellow installers and engineering to improve processes.
