Jetson in Windsor, CO is hiring a Lead Installer to set the standard on residential heat pump installs. You will guide a crew, read blueprints, and ensure every job meets our high quality and safety standards.

You bring extensive HVAC install experience, EPA 608 certification, and a knack for training teammates. Join us to help launch a new market and shape how we build and operate Jetson’s electrified homes.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on residential HVAC install experience.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and AC equipment.
• Read and work from blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
• Guide and support less experienced installers on the crew and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and Jetson standards; communicate with homeowners throughout the job.
