Job summary

Casa de Amparo seeks a Transitional Housing Program Manager (Healthcare) to lead daily program operations, ensure compliance, and supervise staff. The role oversees participant services, housing coordination, and data reporting under the Director's guidance.

You will manage aftercare functions and liaise with community resources to support youth transition outcomes. The position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years with transition age youth, and supervisory experience;

Qualifications

• Must be associated with Casa de Amparo through CCL (federal clearances may be required).
• Graduate degree in behavioral science, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Clinical license preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD).
• 5+ years of experience with transition age youth (16–25).
• 2+ years supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing services and coordinate with Housing Operations Manager.
• Supervise Advocates, Housing Coordinators, interns and staff.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and HMIS data tracking.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and contract requirements.
• Coordinate monthly groups, weekly Staff Treatment Team meetings, and aftercare activities.
