AdaptHealth in the United States is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to support the Operations Team across regions. You will mentor staff, lead onboarding, manage performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating staffing and logistics.

This role requires knowledge of Medicare guidelines, strong communication, and data-driven process improvements. You may deliver and set up medical equipment and travel as needed; a valid driver’s license is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence
• Experience in health care administration, billing, or insurance customer service
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, payer policies, and documentation preferred

• Supervise and guide team members in daily operations and complex case resolution
• Lead onboarding and staff development for operations and client engagement teams
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching
• Develop and implement process improvements and workflow optimization
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Maintain expertise in Medicare guidelines and payer policies
• Analyze data to identify workflow issues and drive corrective actions
• Prepare operational trend reports for management review
• Deliver medical equipment when needed and drive company vehicle
