AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to support the Operations Team across regions, acting as a subject matter expert and delivering new hire training. May involve delivering and setting up medical equipment as needed.

The role emphasizes supervision, process improvement, and adherence to Medicare guidelines while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high service standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, insurance customer services, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Medicare/ payer policies and clinical documentation preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise and guide team members in daily operations and complex case resolution.
• Lead onboarding, training, and staff development for operations and client engagement teams.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation; monitor performance metrics.
