Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to support the Operations Team across regions. This role acts as SME, conducts new hire training, mentors staff, and may deliver and set up medical equipment as needed.

You'll supervise daily operations, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze performance data. Candidates should have healthcare admin experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Solid aptitude to learn new technologies and understand data flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in daily operations and resolve complex issues; act as escalation point.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing staff training for operations teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and coach as needed.
